BioBE is heading to the Gordon Research Conference on the Microbiology of the Built Environment! Jessica L. Green, our co-director, will be Vice Chair, leading the conference next to environmental engineering expert, Chair Jordan Peccia. While enjoying the New England views, biologists Sue Ishaq, Askhkaan Fahimipour, and undergrad Willem Griffiths will be discussing ecology and the positive and negative health impacts of microbes, viruses, allergens and biotoxins in buildings. Surrounded by other experts in the field, our biologists will be able to present their research to fellow leaders in the scientific community. The Gordon Research Conference on the Microbiology of the Build Environment will take place July 15th to July 20th in Biddeford, Maine.
