Amanda Pesqueira Schiff was born in São Paulo, Brazil. In 2008 she
started her undergraduate studies in Animal Science at the
Universidade Estadual de Maringá. In 2012 she moved to Lexington-KY,
where she was an exchange undergraduate student at the University of
Kentucky for one year. She continued her studies at the University of
Kentucky, where she obtained her M.S. and Ph.D. in Animal and Food
Sciences.
