Jessica Green presented BioBE Center work at CleanMed 2011 during the First Annual Research Exchange on Advancing Patient, Worker and Environmental Safety and Sustainability in the Health Care Sector in Phoenix on April 6, 2011.  This was an awesome exchange of ideas from a wide variety of folks with different perspectives but one common goal:  addressing health care and environmental sustainability in tandem.  Jess was introduced to the CleanMed community by Paul Tarini from the Robert Woods Johnson Foundation, who subsequently connected her with Gary Cohen, Executive Director of Health Care Without Harm.  It was delightful to see Richard Beam – BioBE Center advisory board member – celebrated at the opening of the CleanMed meeting.  Follow Jessica’s twitter feed on the meeting here http://twitter.com/JessicaLeeGreen [#CleanMed].
